Refund & Cancellation Policy

VibeWorks Academy LLC (“VibeWorks Academy”) currently offers one paid program: the Mentorship. Terms for legacy digital purchases are preserved below. Our full legal terms are in our Terms of Service.

This section applies only to digital resources purchased before that offer was retired. Existing buyers retain their personal magic-link access. Because access to the materials, templates, and tools was granted immediately, our policy is as follows:

14-day satisfaction refund: If you are not satisfied with those resources, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not consumed more than 20% of the course content. To request a refund, email us at support@vibeworksstudio.ai with your order details. Upon approval, your access will be revoked and a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days via Stripe.

After the 14-day window, or after consuming more than 20% of the content, all sales are final. No refund will be issued.

Chargebacks: Please contact us at support@vibeworksstudio.ai before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We are committed to resolving issues directly and promptly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in permanent access revocation and may affect your ability to participate in future VibeWorks Academy programs.

The Mentorship is an application-gated, capped-seat, done-with-you services engagement, not a digital product. It involves reserved seat allocation, dedicated founder time, and collaborative build work. As such, it is governed primarily by the Mentorship Agreement you sign upon acceptance — that agreement is the controlling document in any dispute.

The full program price is $10,000 — the founding cohort joins at $5,000, paid in full.

Summary of refund terms (subject to the signed Mentorship Agreement):

• Before kickoff: If you cancel before the scheduled kickoff session, you may be eligible for a partial refund, less the value of any services already delivered or costs incurred to reserve your seat. See your Mentorship Agreement for the cancellation window.
• After kickoff / sessions consumed: Completed sessions, delivered work product, and consumed coaching hours are non-refundable. Refund eligibility decreases proportionally with engagement milestones reached.
• Cancellation by VibeWorks Academy LLC: If we cancel or cannot fulfill the Mentorship, you will receive a prorated refund for sessions and deliverables not yet provided.
• No-show / forfeiture: Seat reservations are non-transferable. Failure to attend scheduled sessions without adequate notice may result in forfeiture of that session without refund.

The live webinar is free. No refund applies. You may simply not attend.

For all refund requests: email support@vibeworksstudio.ai with your name, order ID or email used at purchase, and a brief description of your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
