VibeWorks Academy LLC (“VibeWorks Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the VibeWorks Academy platform at learn.vibeworksstudio.ai. We are the data controller for personal information collected through our services. Privacy questions: support@vibeworksstudio.ai.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Registration data: Name and email address when you register for the webinar.
• Webinar engagement data: Attendance, chat messages, replay access behavior, watch time, and soft-gate email captures for replay access.
• Purchase data: When you enroll in a paid program, we collect your name, email, and order details. Your payment card is processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number (PAN), CVV, or full card data. Stripe is our payment processor and handles all card data in accordance with PCI DSS.
• Mentorship application data: Free-text application answers and business information you submit when applying for the Mentorship program.
• Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, operating system, referral source, and cookies/pixel data described in Section 3 below.

We use the following advertising and tracking technologies on our platform:

• Meta Pixel / Conversions API (CAPI): We use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram advertising. These tools set cookies and transmit hashed identifiers (including hashed email addresses) to Meta to allow us to measure ad performance and build custom audiences. Learn more: Meta Privacy Policy. • Google Ads / Google Analytics: We use Google Ads conversion tracking and Google Analytics to measure ad performance and understand website usage. These tools set cookies and may share data with Google. Learn more: Google Privacy Policy. You can manage preferences at Google Ad Settings.

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver the webinar, purchased resource access, and Mentorship services you registered or paid for
• Send webinar reminders, join links, and follow-up communications via email
• Send show-rate SMS reminders where you have provided express written consent (see Section 5)
• Process payments and manage your account
• Send marketing emails about our products and services (opt-out available)
• Measure advertising effectiveness and improve our product
• Detect and prevent fraud and abuse

If you provide your phone number to receive SMS show-rate reminders, you consent to receive marketing and transactional text messages from VibeWorks Academy LLC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time; reply HELP for help. This consent is not a condition of purchase.

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information with the following categories of service providers who process it on our behalf:

• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and database (D1) storage
• Stripe — payment processing (Stripe’s privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data)
• Email/SMS provider — transactional and marketing communications
• Meta and Google — advertising measurement and audience building, as described in Section 3

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• GDPR (EEA/UK residents): Right to access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction of processing, and to object to processing.
